About me

I am a person-centered psychotherapist with experience supporting individuals and couples from many different backgrounds as they navigate life’s challenges and explore who they are in the world.

I grew up in the UK before spending significant periods of time in India, France and Kenya. Before training as a therapist, I worked as a prosthetics artist for film and television, allowing me to collaborate with people across the world. My experience of losing loved-ones to suicide guided me towards psychotherapy as a career and encouraged me to think creatively about how I choose to live.

Alongside my psychotherapy practice, I work as an artist and researcher. I am a parent and live with my family and a community of friends by the sea in Devon.
