Data Protection & Privacy

To ensure my clients' personal information remains safe, I do not utilize online cloud storage or digital platforms for storing records. All client information is maintained in secure and anonymous written form within my practice and is not shared via email or any other electronic means. I do not allow audio recording unless explicitly requested and consented to by all parties. Any such recordings are made using an offline digital recorder. My practice is fully compliant with GDPR and ICO guidelines.

Data Protection & Privacy (updated 19 June 2026): You have the right to make a data protection complaint about how I handle your personal information. To do so, please contact me at cloverstherapyroom@gmail.com. I will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and investigate it without undue delay. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (the UK's data protection regulator) at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.
